1. Before filling the
application form, kindly refer the
Information Brochure carefully.
2. Applicant send the A-4 size print out of filled-out
application form along with the DD of Rs.250/- drawn in favour
of “ Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University ”, payable at
Raipur.
3. Fill all the columns carefully, incomplete application /
application without DD will be rejected.
4. Do not send the application form without Demand Draft or
Online Fund Transfer.
5. The filled-out application form that is sent with the
Demand Draft or Online Fund Transfer will be considered.
6. For Re-print option, kindly track the application
registration number
with email id.
7. The Demand draft (Computerised) has to be sent the postal
address of "Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University,
Raipur
492010 (Chhattisgarh), India "
8. For old students amount payable is admission and
information brochure
fee.
9. For new students amount payable is brochure fee Rs. 250/-
only.
10. Online fee payment can be made by Online SBI Net Banking
also.
11. Make your payment with net banking on our SBI A/c no
-10049590033, IFSC - SBIN0003739
and submit transaction detail in required field of application
form.
12. Application to be eligible for all the courses
mentioned.
13. Follow the application number generated for any future
correspondence.

15. Scanned photo to upload (.jpg or .gif formats only with
max. Size 200KB, Width 100 px and height 130 px)
16. Upload your most recent digital passport photograph.
17. The ambiguous uploaded digital images will be rejected
